We are located in Mackay QLD, yes we can ship worldwide, please DM or email For international postage enquires. All customs/duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Return Policy

We do not offer refunds or cancelations due to change of mind

Faults

If you find the order you receive is incorrect or faulty please get in touch with us littlespriglinen@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving them, we will replace or refund items that are defective or damaged as long as we deem the goods are unused and in the same condition as you received them.

We may ask for only photos or we may ask the item be returned

Depending on where you live the time it takes for an exchange product to arrive may vary

If you are shipping a exchange item please consider using parcel tracking or purchasing insurance, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify of its arrival, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you are yet to receive your refund please recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company, Next contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
